Lavender Stark was born in Sweden, but when her parents, Mary Tompkins and Kjell Laban Stark divorced she followed her mother to England where they had relatives. Lavender also had an older sister, but she was in the middle of her university studies and wouldn't even consider moving right then.
When Lavender was enrolled in an English school she ended up in class 12 C, same class as Myrah O'Leary. When Lavender developed a crush on Myrah's sister, Hannah O'Leary, Lavender endeavoured to become friends with Myrah. Eventually she really did become friends with Myrah for Myrah's sake, as well as enter a relationship with Hannah.

Blond hair and blue eyes. Round face and fair skin that easily get blemished.

LAVENDER: From the English word for the aromatic flower or the pale purple colour.
STARK: From a nickname meaning "strong, brave" in Old German and Old English.
